WordPress Gothenburg
WordPress help in Gothenburg: build, speed up or migrate
Do you have a WordPress site that is slow, no longer updated or that nobody dares to touch? Or do you want a new WordPress site? I help Gothenburg businesses with both, and with moving to a more modern platform when that actually pays off.
Common problems
WordPress is great, until nobody looks after it.
Many business sites were built in WordPress years ago and have since collected more and more plugins, a theme that no longer gets updates and an agency that no longer exists. The result is a slow site, security risks and a fear that everything will break with the next update.
I start by looking at what you have and tell you honestly what I recommend. Sometimes it is enough to remove plugins, update and speed the site up. Sometimes it is better to move the content to a modern, faster platform without losing your Google rankings.
Honest assessment
I tell you whether it pays to fix, rebuild or migrate, and why.
SEO comes along
When migrating, URLs are kept or proper redirects are set up so you do not lose visitors.
Ongoing care
Updates, backups and checks so the site does not fall behind again.

Common questions about WordPress
Do you build new sites in WordPress?
Yes, when it fits. If you need to edit a lot of content yourself, WordPress can be the right choice. Otherwise I often recommend a faster modern setup.
Will I lose my Google ranking if I switch platform?
Not if the migration is done properly. I keep URLs where possible and set up redirects for the rest.
My WordPress site is hacked or broken. Can you help?
Yes. Get in touch with the address and what is happening, and I will take a look.
