Are there monthly costs?
A domain and hosting cost something with any provider. The quote tells you exactly what they are, and ongoing support is optional.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
They can work, but they are often slow, harder to rank on Google and charge a monthly fee forever. A site built for you is yours.
You are based in Sweden. Does that make it harder?
Not in practice. Every project runs on video calls, email and a prototype you can try in your browser, and Sweden is only one hour ahead of the UK. You deal with the same person from first call to launch.
