Accessibility
Make your website accessible to everyone — and stay on the right side of the law.
Accessibility and WCAG compliance.
Accessible websites tend to be faster, better structured, and easier to use for everyone — not just people with disabilities. Good accessibility improves your SEO (Google favours well-structured, readable content), reduces bounce rates, and protects you from legal risk. With the European Accessibility Act now in force and increasing ADA litigation globally, this is no longer optional for most businesses. I make it straightforward: a plain-English audit, a clear list of fixes, and I do the work.
Official W3C conformance levels

WCAG — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines — are the international standard for making websites usable by people with disabilities. That includes people who are blind or have low vision, who are deaf or hard of hearing, who have motor impairments, or who have cognitive or learning difficulties. Accessibility isn't a niche concern: roughly 1 in 5 people have some form of disability, and your website may be turning away a significant portion of your potential customers.
Beyond the moral case, there's a growing legal one. In Sweden and across the EU, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) requires most businesses to meet accessibility standards by June 2025. In the US, the ADA has been used to successfully sue businesses over inaccessible websites. I carry out a full audit of your existing site or app, identify where it falls short, and fix it — or build it right from the start.
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You're subject to the European Accessibility Act
Most EU businesses selling digital products or services to consumers must comply by June 2025. I help you get there.
Your clients or procurement require WCAG compliance
Public sector, healthcare, finance, and enterprise clients increasingly require suppliers to meet accessibility standards.
You want to reach the widest possible audience
Around 20% of people have some form of disability. An inaccessible site is turning away one in five potential customers.
You're launching a new site or app
Building to WCAG from the start is far cheaper than retrofitting later. I'll wire it in from day one.
